    Since the upgrade last week, I have to reset the printer every time I open MicroMD.  I am also having issues submitting insurance claims.  Apparently there is an issue connecting with the server? or I just get errors and it's taking 2 or 3 tries to get claims to go through.  Can you please look into these issues?
